About
Mishaal Aerospace’s rocket line is called the M-Rocket, which consists of the M-SV (Suborbital Vehicle) and the M-OV (Orbital Vehicle). The M-SV is a reusable Suborbital Vehicle intended for microgravity payloads. This rocket is capable of carrying 50 lbs (23 kg) to an altitude of 100 miles (161 km) and 80 miles (129 km) down range. The M-SV will be the first rocket in the M-Rocket line and serves as the booster in the M-OV. The M-SV is a Hybrid Rocket, meaning it uses solid fuel and a liquid oxidizer. The fuel is manufactured in-house and uses Mishaal Aerospace’s proprietary formulation. The M-OV is a liquid rocket with hybrid strap-on boosters. It is designed to deliver small satellites in the less than or equal to 1100 lbs (500 kg) class to Low Earth Orbit (LEO). The strap-on boosters make the M-OV adaptable to different missions, for example, for light payloads only two or four boosters are needed, but for medium to heavy payloads six to ten boosters can be used.
