mStore Operations is a business app to manage instore processes. mSO is available in iOS, Android and web. A Cloudbased enterprise solution distributed in a software as service model. It doesn’t require high investments and works easily with retailer’s current systems. We plan to first allow instore processes to be performed by company employees on their smartphones and on a later stage we would like to open the functionality for end consumers. We have in mind basic processes like requesting a size, color, etc, reporting a stock out, scanning products for the checkout process and also more advanced ones like cross selling. End consumers are already used to this experience in online stores and welcome the autonomy and time saved. Store managers would be able to reduce labor or provide added services at their retail stores. In terms of product replenishment mSO is powered by Decide optimization algorithms.
