RentJiffy is a turnkey, self-management platform for Do It Yourself Landlords that provides resources similar to those of large property management firms yet in one easy-to-use, economical solution. Our management solution is a pivot off of our existing legal compliance product for Landlords that was built on the knowledge we learned from our client base’s recurring issues with self-management. After four years working with almost 2,000 Landlords, we have found that most of our clients lack the knowledge and resources required to effectively manage their properties. Their lack of knowledge often opens themselves, their investments, and their families to unintended risk.
