Ta Lend’s offers a hybrid student loan combining P2P lending with institutional lending. This model requires investments from the students’ social networks at low rates, resulting in attractive rates for institutions and possibly lower credit risk due to the social characteristics of the model. The product wil l also allow investments from affinity groups such as alumni groups.
