The LAB Miami is a 10,000sqft coworking space and collaborative community in the Wynwood Arts District (Miami, FL). With a sharp eye for art & design, we look like a gallery but act like an office. Members pay a monthly fee to get access to the workspace, 100MB WiFi, free Coffee/Energy Drinks/Snacks/Popsicles, unlimited print/copy/scan services, mailing address, unlimited meeting room hours, invitations to members-only events, free parking, and access to the most creative and socially-minded subset of people in Miami. We are like a gym for entrepreneurs. The LAB Miami also brings in the top instructors & speakers to hosts classes, workshops, and events on the hottest topics in entrepreneurship, technology, arts & culture, and social innovation. The LAB Miami also pairs its members with mentors and/or investors in the community to provide guidance and support. So we are also like an accelerator (minus the equity).
